Why is your bergamot logo green?

Bergamot starts out green on the tree and only turns yellow as it fully ripens. Growers in Calabria often harvest it while it's still green, since that early picking is prized for the quality of oil it yields. Our green logo nods to that moment, bergamot at its freshest, straight from the branch.
